Embarking on a Twin Flame journey is kind of like navigating a labyrinth filled with twists and turns. It's complex, overwhelming, confusing, and, let's be real, the journey can drive you to the brink of pure madness!

But know that you are not alone in this cosmic dance. Many of us, including myself, have sought to better understand the journey and seek out insights on our counterparts while in a state of separation. Like so many of us who have been left feeling heartbroken and confused, you may have turned to tarot readings for guidance.

 But what if these readings are actually hindering, rather than helping, your path to true union?

With that said, here is breakdown of my personal experience with Twin Flame Tarot Readings and how they were delaying my Divine Union 💔

The Magnetic Pull of Twin Flame Tarot Readings

During my last separation phase with my Divine Masculine – who I'm now blissfully in Divine Union with and doing our spiritual mission together-  Twin Flames were nowhere near as mainstream as they are now.  

But on YouTube you could type in “Twin Flames” and find access to a plethora of Twin Flame tarot readings. In fact, in most cases, tarot readings are still the first videos that the algorithm pulls up because they are so popular and get posted so frequently. 

Tarot readings with “messages from the divine masculine” and union updates” used to be some of the only content on Twin Flames available outside of a small collection of books on Amazon and cult gurus like Twin Flames Universe.

Like so many in a state of separation, I fell into a habit of watching these tarot readings daily, always feeling so uplifted by the connection I felt to my DM while the readings played out. So many of the readings were spot on with certain areas of my life.

I was awakening and working on myself. I treated healing like it was a full-time job and a top priority. I invested in everything from childhood healing sessions and shadow work to human design and energy work. 

And I was seeing results! I had cleared a lot of family trauma and gotten certified myself in a variety of healing and coaching modalities. I was less reactive and more intuitive, all of my relationships were flourishing and I was attracting in my soul tribe. I was manifesting so many wonderful opportunities, including my dream business. 

It got to a point when I had been separated from my twin for a year and a half and I had manifested every last vision I had talked about with him. And despite the tarot readings talking about the Divine Masculine waking up to the connection, missing our interactions and supposedly “preparing for union” …we were STILL in 3D separation nearly two years later.

I realized there was something wrong with the Twin Flame narrative that I was being told. I had healed so much and manifested so many wonderful things in my life…why couldn’t I manifest union? 

Twin Flames and the Law of Attraction 

A lot of people believe that the Law of Attraction does not apply to Twin Flames but Universal Law applies to every aspect of our human experience. Everything in our physical reality is a reflection of what our spirit has internally manifested through the application of Universal Laws. So I decided it was time to go back to basics and figure out what exactly was going wrong in my manifestation process.

I reasoned that the Law of Attraction is always playing a huge part in creating our reality, including the illusion of separation. The stories we tell ourselves soak into our subconscious mind which is the architect of our reality. 

I decided to take inventory of all of the stories I was telling about being a Twin Flame and how that was affecting my ability to manifest union. I instantly realized that a big part of the story I was consuming was coming from the tarot readings I watched daily.

Through these tarot readings, I affirmed the story that I was still in 3D separation.

I affirmed the story that my Divine Masculine was healing and Divine Union was “close”, but not in the present.

I affirmed the story that there was still healing to do. Over and over again no matter how much work I put into healing, I was still telling the story that I wasn’t yet ready for Union through these readings.

I consumed whatever story the readers and the cards told and I took it on as my truth. I was willing to tell the story of being in 3D separation for the promise of Union that it included and at times was even willing to accept that 5D union was all that mattered. 

I wasn’t telling the story my soul authentically wanted to tell about the beautiful 3D Divine Union that is our birthright as initiates on the Twin Flame and Ascension journey. In order to manifest anything, we must fully embody the energy of it. 

How could I fully embody the energy of being in Divine Union while I was still telling the story of 3D separation every single day through tarot readings?

Twin Flames and the Law of Polarity

The Law of Attraction and the limiting stories that I was consuming about Twin Flames daily were only one flaw in my manifestation process. Another huge flaw was not understanding the Law of Polarity. 

Humans and magnetism work very similarly to electromagnetism. There has to be polarity between two objects in order for there to be a magnetic charge. 

When there is a separation between two counterparts, the polarity is disrupted and the magnetic charge must be restored. .

Watching tarot readings may seem harmless, but tarot is ultimately a Divination tool and each reader is opening an active channel for the collective to connect to the energy of their counterparts. Tarot is just a physical tool to help translate the energy that is being channeled. 

Watching Twin Flame tarot readings is activating a charge in the energetic channel you share with your twin. If you continue pushing energy onto the runner who is already feeling blocked, you will only push them further away.

The channel between you and your counterpart must be CLOSED while in a state of separation to fully detach, come back to self, and become magnetic again. Practices like somatic movement, breath work and Reiki Energy Healing can help you to cleanse and rebalance your energy while detaching.

Breaking Free from the Chaser Trap

The endless cycle of tarot readings can unintentionally keep you in pursuit, disrupting the natural balance of your journey. Remember, the twin flame experience is not about chasing; it’s about the profound transformation within you.

Your strength lies in your ability to turn inwards. Each tarot session focused on your twin has the ability to disrupt the divine equilibrium within you. While tarot can be a tool for insight, be mindful of its place in your journey. It's crucial to discern when guidance turns into dependency, steering you away from your personal power and inner wisdom.

I personally chose to stop watching Twin Flame tarot readings altogether as well as went on a complete detox of all things Twin Flames, to reset my vibration and become magnetic to my twin flame again. 

This complete detox was HARD AF! I compare it to detoxing from a narcotic like heroin because of the extreme flow state we enter while in a twin-flame connection. 

Scientific studies show that when we enter a flow state, our brains are flooded with dopamine serotonin, endorphins, anandamide (stemming from the sanskrit word for bliss), cannabinoids (similar to the psychoactive effect found in marijuana), norepinephrine (triggers energy and arousal), and last but not least, good ‘ole’ serotonin.

To put it simply, we get HIGH AF when we are connected with our twins. 

So detaching and detoxing can NOT be a half-hearted effort. It has to be taken as seriously as any other addiction because the unfortunate truth is that many of us do become dependent upon and addicted to our twins. 

If the thought of disconnecting from Twin Flame tarot readings triggers you, it may be time for complete detachment in order to reach true Inner Union.

The Path to Union: Detachment and Inner Alignment

Embrace detachment not as a loss, but as a reclamation of your power. This is not about forgetting your twin flame but about honoring your individual journey. Align with your mission and integrity, and watch as the universe conspires to bring you closer to true union.

Your mission, brave initiate, is to dive deep into the ocean of self. It's in healing your wounds, celebrating your growth, and reveling in your spiritual journey that the path to a balanced and authentic INNER union is found so that you can manifest outer union. 

By choosing self-love, self-discovery, and inner peace over external validations, you forge a path to a union that is not just with another, but first and foremost, with yourself and the Divine.
